I was indecisive this morning. Woke up but unsure of whether I should go to KL or not. Then went out to breakfast with Case (hottie still). And this time we did the food court area next to Public Bank. I had a huge serving of Wan Tan noodles and he ordered a gigantic bowl of BKT. We shared the chunks of pork until I couldn't even finish. There were several chunks left.
With that inside of me and feeling all warm and happy (!), and still feeling out of sorts; I side tracked on everything from facebook to blog to movie on tv. And then even a soaked in the bath tub.
Finally, I seized hold of the plastic bag that contained my art supplies and decided to ... give it a go! Hehehe! I did the outlines on the first page but then was hesitant about painting over it. It was meant to be cut into three chunks when done ... and staring at it for a while ... I went nutso and on a fresh sheet shrank it down ... and slapped paint!
It was fun. I could feel the energy as I was rushing about painting it with brushes, back of brushes, the cottonbud stump, fingers, nails, run the paint in swirly motions, slap mounds of paint onto paper, just add and add and add until something materializes!
So glad I took a photo of it ... I left it to dry ... on the bed and in the evening, noticed that the mounds of paint have somewhat seeped through the paper and became flatter. Something new to learn. It's my first attempt at this so-called expressionistic modern art. Hope by tomorrow it looks fine
I posted on my facebook ... got quite a few decent comments ... most flattering is when strangers posted like and their comments ... and an old school mate even asked how much I am selling it for!
