Reminiscence Part 3 ... the inner circle

[This is typed on 23.02.2012 @ GPT based on memories of childhood and not actually what happened on this particular day ... hehehe]

Well another day another moment spent for remembering the past and I have to admit besides my secretly admiring TBW and OKH as best buddy, there is a small group of mates, that for better or worse, are my so-called inner circle ... and here they are ...

Mikey the Chin ... overweight and have a passion to sing ... and always entering song competition and blowing away the competition i.e. always winning ... still he is odd ... he is not super top in terms of studies but not super bad ... but he is super competitive ... still we like Mikey Mike

OTC ... skinny gentleman with long hair centre parting down, glasses and a bit of a teeth ... always gung ho and all out to get things done ... unique amongst our close circle as our school or rather our class is so goody-two-shoes ... whereas OTC's dad is a rich bloke who has more than 1 wife and OTC is 2nd wife's kid ... a bit of a scandal in our circle ... still he was the kid who has all the comics and the one who actually orders comics from those mailing catalogues including Mile High ... and he was the only one who has Marvel Heroes Secret Wars issues and DC's Crisis on Infinite Earths!

Lastly we have Lloydy Doidy ... and this is another unique gentleman ... he is very fair to the point that even his hair is not jet black like the rest of us ... and owing to his peculiar name (for us back then) ... we even think perhaps he is Eurasian? What is his name? The only chap with 2 surnames Lloydy (the) Gun (Yang) Young (Wind) Hong Teik (Bamboo). See?

And that is the gang that I used to hang around before school, during school and after school. Of course, I was closer to OKH just like OTC and LD hung out more while Mikey because he stays in Tg Bungah ... well ... we do meet once in a while but if any of us organizes anything, the rest would be automatically included ...

And that's us ... in a nutshell until Standard Six ... what will Form One bring, I wonder?
